Report a suspicious listing
Something's off with a listing? Here's how to flag it to the Roov team.

Step by step

Open the vacancy detail page for the listing you want to report.

Scroll to the property manager card and tap the More menu (three dots) next to their name.

Choose "Report this listing" and pick the closest reason — wrong address, fake photos, price mismatch, suspected scam, or something else.

Add any details you can. Screenshots + specifics help the team act faster.

Submit. The Roov trust team reviews reports within 24 hours. You won't get a personal update on each report, but action is taken when it's warranted.
